| Sorry that I haven't been on here in a long while but I've been totally busy! Since my last update I've moved to the HA, gotten my ministry placement there and gotten fully into the swing of things here at The Honor Academy! | I've had some hard times since the last time that I blogged because two people I know have died and they just happened to pass away on the very same day that I blogged last time. One was my pastor's dad and the other one was a friend of one of my very good friends and she was pretty young. My pastor's dad died of Pancreatic Cancer and the girl was killed in a HORRIBLE car accident when she got hit head-on by a lady going 100+ mph. The past few days have been really hard on myself and my church as well. However, I know that God will and is going to be praised and glorified through all of this no matter how bad things get. On a happier note though I finally got some confirmation on somethings I've been dealing with concerning the HA and had my pastor's dad not passed away I might not have seen the people who gave me the confirmation. So I truly believe the old saying, "Everything happens for a reason"!! Sorry that I don't have any of my pictures up on here yet but I've just been too busy to sit down and take the time to put them on here. Maybe I'll get them up sometime before I leave for the HA. | Wow! What a trip it has been just trying to get approval to come to the Honor Academy! It's been three years since I got my first confirmation from God to go and now I've been accepted and my parents finally gave me the OK. It amazes me more and more every day at just how great our God truly is! He is awesome! I can't wait to get to the HA now that everything is starting to fall into place! I know that God has a specific purpose for me being there and I can't wait to find out what exactly that is. Give me a shout out if you're going to the HA in January too! Love In Him, Callie | | |
